Shipping & Delivery Policy

For ready-to-ship products, handmade made-to-order items, and custom pieces

At Yarnika, every product is crafted with exceptional care and love. Many of our items are fully handmade, and some are produced exclusively based on your order. For this reason, preparation and delivery times may be slightly longer compared to traditional ready-made fashion stores.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • The order has been successfully placed through the website.
  • Full payment has been received and confirmed in Yarnika's account.
  • For custom orders: all specifications, measurements, colour selections, and customer confirmations have been received.

Production of made-to-order or custom items does not begin until payment is confirmed and all details have been received.

2. Ready-to-Ship Products

Products marked as "Ready to Ship" are already made and will be prepared for dispatch within the processing time displayed on the product page or at checkout. Orders placed on public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

3. Handmade Made-to-Order Products

All handmade products produced after an order is placed are clearly indicated on the product page. Preparation time varies depending on: stitch and crochet complexity, size, colour, yarn availability, and current order volume. Estimated arrival = (handmade production time + shipping & delivery time).

4. Custom & Special Orders

Products with custom measurements or design modifications require additional time, which will be confirmed upon agreement. Any changes requested by the customer after production has begun may not be possible, or may incur an additional cost.

5. Delivery Areas & Shipping Fees

We deliver to all areas within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and order size, and are clearly displayed before checkout is completed.

6. Order Tracking & Shipping Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with available tracking information via the courier company. The customer is responsible for providing a full name, accurate address, and a working phone number to ensure successful delivery without delay.
